Came back for the Valentine's Day chocolate tasting because my husband couldn't take part in the one I did for Christmas. Another great time! Inside the store were a lot of cute touches for the holiday and when we went inside we each had a rose at our seats! We also got a full chocolate bar with our tasting, I'm guessing because it was actually Valentine's Day. We had a different presenter this time and it still felt fresh and fun even though I had done it 2 months prior. A lot of the chocolates were different from the Christmas version, which was great! I left this time with a box of chocolate because I regretted not getting one last time. It's definitely a cool experience to try!

Great place to come in and view workers making chocolates in factory setting. They also offer chocolate tasting experience and annual cactus garden lights during the holiday season.

This chocolate is delicious! We didn't intend to come here on our recent visit to Vegas but our friend who took us to lunch said he recently visited, and enjoyed it. What a treat, literally! There are multiple Ethel M locations but he wanted to take us to the one with the chocolate factory tour and the outdoor desert garden. We didn't do the tour due to time constraints but we did taste some chocolates and wander outside through the small garden. It was nice outside and quite pleasant. Then I saw the adorable Las Vegas chocolate tin and I was hooked to get a custom box. Everyone there is very friendly. Like everyone, I think we were asked at least 8 times how we are doing ;). Better overly friendly and attentive versus the opposite. The tin I'm referring to is the pink one with desert landscapes and LV strip icons. They got me there, I really wanted the tin. Extra treat was the chocolate inside.

The cactus garden is beautiful and charming, with a wide variety of cactus plants to see. The chocolate tasted good but was a bit too sweet for me. It's also somewhat expensive--the truffles were very sweet and loaded with sugar. The service was excellent, and it was fun to walk around and explore the chocolate factory.

Did the wine / chocolate tasting session with a quick tour afterwards and it was a lot of fun. The guide was knowledgeable, everyone was friendly and the prices were very reasonable for artisan level chocolates. I had to leave early due to schedule issues but I'll 100% be back so I can finish checking out their shop and try some hot chocolate and a brownie too! Also I want to walk through the outdoor cactus garden. Don't forget to vibe out in their seating area it's calm with a view into the factory floor.

Their holiday lights ended today! January 4th is their last of the 2024 season. So spectacular though. Great lights set up throughout their cactus garden display. It's $3 per person, which is reasonable, and also all of it is donated to a local group. Fantastic place to walk around, and the most affodable light show in the valley! Chocolates are pretty expensive in the store, although they do give everyone a single "taster" light/dark chocolate piece. There's also one item that offers 20 pieces for $20 of those "taster" pieces, which we found to be the best deal they had. Hot cocoa was DELICIOUS!!!! Chocolate was perfectly melted in the hot cocoa, and it's the most luscious hot cocoa I've ever had. Would go back for it. Also it's so nice and warm as you walk through the cactus garden.

Great to see how they are made and try some quite unique flavors. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Quite nice interiors and displays of products and boxes. Fantastic variety of cactus in the outside garden to stroll around and learn about the natural beauty of the desert. But it can be a bit noisy outside due to their perfect alignment with the airport's flight path. Plenty of handicap parking.

While visiting family in Henderson, we decided to stop by Ethel M Chocolate for a look around. After a brief introduction and a free sample, we took a self-guided tour of the factory. The shop is filled with a variety of delicious chocolates and unique souvenirs. During our visit, we got to try the seasonal pumpkin spice chocolate, which was absolutely delicious. They also serve hot chocolate at the bar, though we didn't have any this time. Since we visited during the day, we missed out on the Christmas lights, but I imagine they're stunning at night. They also over chocolate tasting class so this is a fantastic spot for chocolate lovers to explore!

It's been a few years since we've been back here for the holiday lights. They are open nightly for you to do a casual stroll with hot chocolate in hand. Definitely helps getting everyone in the spirit of the holidays. Easy stroll for all. Go on the weekdays for less crowd. It used to be $1 per person, it's now $3 pp to enter. Get ready to go thru a security check. Lots of free parking in front and in the businesses around the area. Small hot chocolate is $6 and can be bought inside the store. $8 for the large one. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. Happy holidays.

The chocolate shop was open till 10pm when we visited this past Sunday in mid-November. The place got crowded later into the evening. But that didn't stop us from enjoying some treats from the Cactus Garden Cafe, and puchasing a customized box of chocolates, with dark chocolate almond and macadamia clusters, coconut and peanut butter filled chocolates, and more. The double hot chocolate was crazy good, with the perfect sweetness and decadent chocolatey flavor. The chocolate covered strawberries were just as delightful, and so addicting, my fave! The chocolate marshmallow was sticky and delicious. We finished it all. Service was friendly and helpful, and staff even gave away free chocolates as guests walked along the windows to view the chocolate factory, quite an amazing sight. The Holiday Cactus Garden Lights costed $3 per person, and was cool, but nothing too extraordinary about the exhibit. The cacti on site were quite beautiful on display with the lighting. There's also a food vendor and tables/seating within the garden area as well as photos with Santa. A nice family-friendly atmosphere. But if you don't have kids, you might wanna skip it, and spend the few extra dollars you save on chocolate instead. You can see a lot of the decorative lights from the outside anyway.
